One. The policy of the warranty period:

 

Our company provides life-long maintenance service to the machinery and equipment sold, including free warranty period for one year, but if it is a fault caused by the user in the warranty period, it will receive a cost charge after repair.

Three. Types of after-sales service:

 

(one) remote services:

1、Operation guidance: The operational problems can be connected to 400 telephone centers, and the professional and technical personnel will be arranged for free telephone or network video guidance.

2、Maintenance guidance: If it is difficult to replace the vulnerable parts and other technical difficulties, it can also be operated by telephone or network video guidance free of charge after mailing.

(two) door-to-door service:

1、In-Warranty Period: During the warranty period, the non - user factitious factor failure, the company provides the warranty service free of charge.

2、Out-of-Warranty Period: After the warranty period of the customer service fees, fees on-site service and spare parts costs, and provide 6 months of free warranty for maintenance when the components, such as fault caused by man-made factors except belongs to the user.

 

Four. Maintenance requirements:

 

All maintenance must fill in the repair list, including the factory's factory number, customer name, maintenance parts, replacement parts number, repair date, repair person, parts warranty period and so on, and need the signature of the customer responsible person.
